OSS Series Orbital Side Sealers

The OSS Series is Texwrap's highest speed continuous-motion side sealer line. The OSS Series design uses orbital seal head wrappers, patented by Texwrap, that combine very fast, precise servo controls with an elliptical motion of the sealing head. This motion allows extremely fast speeds by drastically reducing the movement needed by the head in order to make the seal. This orbital design combined with the 200 feet per minute conveyor speed and Texwrap’s exclusive Motion Trim™ technology make it the fastest and most flexible wrapper of its kind.

With an optional corrosion resistent design, Texwrap's OSS Series machines can be configured for bakery applications demanding the highest productions rates. Designed for the special requirements of a food production environment, the corrosion resistant design features stainless steel construction and a removable washdown infeed.

The OSS-145 Continuous Motion Orbital Side Sealer is Texwrap’s latest design advance for applications requiring the high speed wrapping of packages where a side seal is desired.

The OSS-145 retains all the hallmarks of design and proven reliability that the market has come to expect from Texwrap - all in a brand new compact size. The Texwrap patented servo orbital head combined with the 200 feet per minute conveyor speed and Texwrap’s exclusive Motion Trim™ technology make it the fastest and most flexible wrapper of its kind.

Simplicity and ease-of-use were paramount in the OSS-145 design. The controls are easily accessible and intuitive to use. When combined with the color touchscreen controls on the swivel panel, the easy access sliding doors, and the easy-mount-easy-thread film carriage, this machine gives new meaning to the term “operator-friendly”.

The design of the OSS-145 will appeal equally to the maintenance department. We eliminated any requirement for shop air by substituting servo drives and we provided easy access to the wrapping area by allowing the sliding operator doors to lift out completely.

The OSS-205 Continuous Motion Orbital Side Seal System is Texwrap’s patented servo orbital head wrapper for bakery applications demanding the highest productions rates.

Designed for the special requirements of a food production environment, the OSS-205S’s corrosion resistant design features stainless steel construction and a removable washdown infeed.

When combined with the correct infeed system, the OSS-205 is capable of packaging speeds up to 250 per minute. Texwrap offers many different types of infeeds designed to handle a variety of bakery items.

From pizza to cakes and pies, each product has very specific handling demands in order to run at high speed without damaging these very fragile products.

The OSS-209 Continuous Motion Orbital Side Seal System is Texwrap’s patented servo orbital head wrapper for bakery applications demanding the highest productions rates.
