T-200 Series Side Infeed Bundler

The T-200 Series is an intermittent-motion right angle or side infeed multipacking wrapper using two rolls of clear film. The 200 Series is designed to create shrink bundled multipacks for retail sale or shipment. Each T-200 Series machine can be configured using a selection of standard and custom collation systems to achieve the desired multipack configuration. Ideal products include boxes, loaded trays, canisters, and other rigid containers.

With a heavy-duty frame design, the 200 Series can be used in various environments and run continuously 24/7, ensuring dependable, reliable operation. Its servo-driven seal assembly creates consistent, reliable seals with a lower cost of ownership compared to machines with pneumatic seal assemblies.

The T-200 Series bullseye wrapping equipment is unique in its ability to shrink wrap products without overheating. Using the tunnel discharge cooling station, the film is quickly cooled to preserve product integrity, making it ideal for multipacking ice cream or other dairy items where temperature control is critical.

The intermittent motion 200 Series shrink wrapper comes standard with a NEMA 4x electrical package and stainless steel mesh metal-framed guard doors making it a great bundling option for the dairy industry, ice cream applications in particular.

Cartons, tubs, pails and other dairy items are multi-packed or bundled with one of the T-Series many collation systems including the T-Series Inverter, a servo driven rotary turret, for tapered tub products. This machine is also bottle-wrapping capable.
