No matter how you go to market Texwrap and Tekkra shrink wrappers and shrink bundlers provide solutions for the wine & spirits industries that cover the gamut of unsupported and supported multipacks.
Integration with numerous infeeds, timing screw infeeds, lane dividers, and more allow you to quickly adjust to different pack patterns and Sku's, while the servo orbital-motion sealing head dramatically increases throughput.
Integrate secondary packaging seamlessly directly downstream from your filler while maintaining 100% upright product control. By eliminating side seams, our vertical wrappers deliver a flawless, 360-degree retail-ready presentation for bottles, mini-spirits, and cans—delivering maximum shelf impact at line speeds up to 135 cycles per minute.
From lightweight PET water bottles and glass spirits to high-volume beverage cans, Texwrap builds versatile packaging systems tailored to your specific SKU mix. Handle unsupported, pad-backed, or tray-cased multipacks across continuous-motion bundlers, orbital sealers, and box-motion wrappers designed to adapt to your changing pack patterns.
Protect your bottom line and your brand image with precision film handling. Advanced servo controls, precise print-registration, and consistent tension management eliminate film waste, prevent panel distortion on lightened PET containers, and ensure your branded graphics align perfectly on every pack.
The SRX Series single-roll bundler collates cans into trays, flats, or unsupported multipacks at up to 60 cycles per minute, running a single roll of clear or printed film with bottom-overlap sealing for strong seals that still show printed graphics. Bundle loose cans in film only, on corrugated pads, or in trays. Shrink-bundled packs carry the open "bullseye" ends. Need more throughput or dual-roll? Texwrap also offers the DX-130 dual-roll bundler and T-Series inline bundlers.
Machines: SRX Series (single roll), DX-130 (dual roll), T-Series inline bundlers
Proven applications: seltzer cans in trays, beverage cans in flats, loose can multipacks
Speed: up to 60 cycles/min (SRX); up to 25 cycles/min (DX), up to 30 cycles/min (T-Series)
The OVS-514 orbital vertical wrapper multipacks mini liquor and spirits bottles, commonly in 4-packs, sealing on top while the bottles stand upright so printed film stays pristine on the retail face. The servo orbital-motion sealing head holds pack integrity at speed. Label-orientation options keep branded bottles facing forward. This is the setup behind Texwrap's mini-liquor 4-pack and printed-film multipack applications.
Machine: OVS-514 orbital continuous-motion vertical wrapper (OVS series runs up to 135 cycles/min; OVS-514 handles product up to 6″W × 14″H)
Proven applications: mini liquor 4-packs, multipack mini bottles in printed film
Why vertical: top seal eliminates side seams; label orientation keeps branding forward
The T-Series & SRX Series shrink bundlers provide solutions for the beverage, wine & spirits industries that cover the gamut of unsupported and supported multipacks.
The T-Series excels in standard and custom sleeve wrap and bundle beverage packaging solutions for a wide range of bottles, jars, cans, and tray products. Our automated tray and case packagers are designed to reduce production costs. T-Series beverage systems feature compact frame design, quick changeovers, Allen Bradley PLC operator interface, servo driven seal assembly, and manual load zones.
The SRX Series uses bottom overlap technology for strong seals and the ability to showcase printed film graphics. Designed to handle a wide variety of packaged food and beverage products, the SRX uses a single roll of clear or printed film, with speeds up to 60 cycles per minute.
Shrink bundled packages can include loose or unsupported product wrapped in film only, product on corrugated pads, or product in trays. These packages are typically open with bullseyes on the ends.
Texwrap vertical wrappers (OVS and BVS series) integrate in line with the filler, so multipacks are collated and shrink-wrapped right after filling, clean and unitized with no separate handling step. Speed, vertical conveyance, and print-registration options let you switch pack patterns and SKUs fast. The servo orbital-motion sealing head lifts throughput. For labeled bottles, high-speed orientation and print-registration keep every pack retail-ready.
Machines: Texwrap vertical wrappers (OVS / BVS series), T-Series for sleeve-wrap and bundle
Integrates with: timing-screw infeeds, lane dividers, and multiple infeed patterns
Best for: labeled wine/spirits bottles needing consistent shelf presentation
No matter how you go to market Texwrap and Tekkra shrink wrappers and shrink bundlers provide solutions for the wine & spirits industries that cover the gamut of unsupported and supported multipacks.
Speed, versatility, and vertical conveyance allows these machines to be used directly off the filler, while product is standing upright. Multipacks can be collated and shrink wrapped immediately to keep them clean and unitized for shipping. The top seal eliminates side seams leaving printed film looking pristine, or for labeled products precise high speed orientation and print registration options ensure consistent retail-ready presentation.
Integration with numerous infeeds, timing screw infeeds, lane dividers, and more allow you to quickly adjust to different pack patterns and Sku's, while the servo orbital-motion sealing head dramatically increases throughput.
PET water, soda, sport-drink, and juice bottles multipack upright on OVS series orbital vertical wrappers, which seal on top with film tension matched to lightweight PET so thin walls unitize without crushing; for club-store and transit cases, the SRX series bundles them into trays and flats. Bottles wrap standing upright, so no carrier tray is required and printed film stays clean on the retail face. This is the setup behind retail 6-, 12-, and 24-pack water and soda multipacks.
Wrap (retail face): OVS orbital vertical wrapper: upright, top seal, higher speed for plastic
Bundle (club/transit): SRX: trays, flats, unsupported, bullseye ends
Also covers: HDPE milk jugs, gable-top cartons and juice boxes, and sport-drink bottles
Whether you’re upgrading an existing line or building a new one, Texwrap helps you move faster, reduct costs, and protect your product.
Glass beverage bottles (premium sodas and juices, glass-bottled spirits) wrap upright on BVS box-motion vertical wrappers, which hold each bottle through a controlled, stationary seal with film tension matched to glass so it is never stressed; wrapped standing upright, they need no carrier tray. The shrink tunnel is set so round and contoured glass shrinks evenly without thermal stress. That is why glass runs on box-motion BVS rather than faster orbital systems.
Machine: BVS box-motion vertical wrapper (BVS-914/1418, up to 70 packs/min)
Why it's gentle: controlled stationary seal; film tension matched to glass; no carrier tray required
