Texwrap Showcasing its e-Pack Series of E-Commerce Solutions in booth C-3027 at PACK EXPO 2021

WASHINGTON, Mo., – The best way to prove something is to show it, and that is exactly what Texwrap is doing at PACK EXPO 2021.
Texwrap, a ProMach brand, will be proving how its e-Pack Series of E-Commerce solutions can benefit businesses that rely heavily on e-commerce operations, by demonstrating its capabilities on a fully functional integrated line in booth C-3027 at PACK EXPO 2021, Sept. 27-29, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas.
An e-Pack Series shrink wrapper and shrink tunnel from Texwrap will be integrated with label applicators from ID Technologies (also a ProMach brand). As packages are wrapped and labeled for shipping, PACK EXPO attendees will see why the e-Pack Series is the best solution for mid to high-volume e-commerce requirements with ready-to-ship packages that reduce shipping costs, labor and time.
The e-Pack Series offers a great alternative to those who still use cases or boxes to ship product. The system incorporates a series of checks that help ensure product is tracked, packaged and labeled accurately. By switching to flexible packaging instead of cases, freight costs are reduced by minimizing dimensional weight.
Product dimensions to create a perfectly sized flexible package every time, and the labeler automates placement of the shipping label. Smart Scan technology detects if a package is removed from the sequence after scanning and stops the machine to ensure product is not shipped to the wrong customer. The result is a package that is accurate and lighter, yet still durable for high-volume e-commerce business.
The e-Pack Series offers quick integration into end-of-line packaging fulfillment operation without human interaction, and Texwrap systems are configurable and modular for each application.
