Shrink wrap applications from Texwrap include shrink wrapping multipacks of cartons. Texwrap custom solutions make it simple to automate shrink wrap equipment. Wrappers can collate cartons and shrink wrap them unitizing for ease of shipping.
Texwrap's Side Seal Wrappers, Vertical Seal Wrappers and Shrink Bundlers cover the gamut of cartoned products types, sizes and for any production speed.
Integration with numerous infeeds, lane dividers, and more allow the versatility to quickly adjust to different pack patterns and Sku's. Multipacks of juices, powders and other products in cartons can be collated and shrink wrapped automatically to keep them clean and unitize them for shipping.
Cartoned food products wrapped are often wrapped directly off a filler while standing upright. Using one of Texwrap's vertical wrappers with a top seal prevents condensation from the cartons interfering with the security of the seal. Vertical shrink wrapping eliminates side seams for retail-ready presentation of labeled product or when using printed film.
