Aerosols
Texwrap has provided shrink wrapping solutions for a wide range of aerosol products including bug spray, deodorant, air freshener, hairspray and cooking spray.
Texwrap understands aerosol packaging and incorporates options to help ensure that aerosol cans are safely shrink wrapped. These safeguards include tunnel guiding, lasers to detect fallen product, first-in-first-out tracking, air motors in case of power failures, and air accelerators to quickly remove hot air from the tunnel in case of a problem. To enhance the packaging aesthetics, label orientation systems can be combined with these shrink wrappers to multipack aerosols, so labels are all facing the same direction. Vertical seal wrappers also eliminate side seams, so product graphics or printed film remain sharp and clear.
