Changeover Assist Package
Texwrap’s Changeover Assist Package is an available option on most side and vertical seal wrappers which include the ISS, CSS, OSS, BVS and OVS series machines. The changeover assist package includes a collection of recipe driven automatic adjustments of numerous changeover points including the inverting bar, film feed, side seal conveyor, end seal height, tunnel controls integrated in wrapper, and other optional features. The option allows for a more consistent and faster changeover reducing the overall downtime required between product changes.

Auto Film Splicer
Texwrap’s Auto Film Splicer can splice clear or print registered film without stopping, or even slowing, production. The film auto-splicer allows continuous running and features pointed film splicing creating a smooth transition from one roll of film to another. This allows a continuous feed of film into the wrapper of up to 200 feet per minute.
